Our Story

Brightness of Heaven Co. was inspired by my first name, Keʻalohilani, which in Hawaiian means “Brightness of Heaven.” I was blessed to have such a strong and meaningful identity spoken over my life. The intention in labeling the brand after my own name was to create an association between Brightness of Heaven Co. and a constant reminder of our purpose. Our clothes aim to reflect the truth, that we all are created and called to share God’s light in all that we do. My hope is to encourage others to walk confidently in their faith and express it in a way that is both meaningful and visible.

I have always been naturally joyful, bubbly, and expressive, gifts I believe were placed within me by the Lord. With these gifts, I’ve come to understand that faith is not meant to remain hidden. It is meant to be lived boldly and is expressed through every intentional choice, including what you wear. This brand exists as a reflection of that truth—a bold expression and an exclamation of praise, giving all the glory to God.

Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19–20). Because of this, every piece is thoughtfully crafted. Therefore, it is incredibly important to take care of your health. Quality material is the priority when manufacturing any piece that will come from this brand, and that is why we strive for every piece to be crafted from 100% organic cotton, sewn with care and devotion. Because your light deserves materials as pure as your purpose.

Above all, Brightness of Heaven Co. is rooted in generosity and giving. We are committed to tithing 10% of our profits as an act of gratitude, obedience, and faith. Through this, we are given the opportunity to serve others, and we believe it will not only support local churches and strengthen the faith community, but also reach and bless people in times of need. It serves as a constant reminder that everything we have ultimately belongs to God, and we are simply entrusted with the responsibility and privilege of stewarding it well.
