Cancellation policy

No Cancellations, Exchanges, or Returns

At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, we may offer products as pre-orders. A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is in stock and ready to ship.

When placing a pre-order, we may collect either full payment or a partial deposit at checkout. If only a deposit is collected, the remaining balance will be charged when your order is ready to be fulfilled.

Pre-orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned, except as required by law or if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
